Especially in Corpus Christi, TX. Speaking from experience, it only takes a few seconds and that gear is GONE only to be found in a nearby pawn shop or on sale online.

@@Missy_Lib oh no, it probably was real. I've seen many guys get their tools stolen at jobs, motels, parking lots. A crackheads favorite things to steal: jewelry, firearms, hand tools of any kind, especially chainsaws, weed eaters, leaf blowers, etc. Tools are easy to quickly grab, tools are easy to turn around and sell for quick cash. A guy offers someone a $800+ chainsaw or weed eater for $100 cash on the spot, it'll be gone quick. Always etch/engrave your initials in several spots on each of your tools, and write down serial numbers. Easy to low-key identify at the pawn shop.

He always leaves the sound in which is part of the experience I’m here for and I find that I like the fact that we can depend on him to work in a neat orderly manner: edging, weed whacking and then mowing with some blowing for tidying up mixed in. Hi Spencer! I'm a long time watcher and I had an idea yesterday: when you do the before pictures (always from the street of course) pop a little dot of bright yellow paint at your feet to take the after picture from the exact same spot. That way, the picture is basically like a slide from before to after! Not sure why, but when you're able to almost get the same picture, it sharpens that transformation you did. Makes it unmistakable and even MORE satisfying! (Or, an X with chalk!)

The sidewalk looks so pretty. And the colored stones walkway..and the water turn off place round thing in the yard... the house was depressing and scary beforehand. Now it looks like a nice place and not ascew. Really looks nice the way you edged and got rid of the overgrowth around the house. Makes all the difference in the world. Bless them.
