I'm not sure why watching the yard cleanups is so addicting, but man, it is. You do a great job photographing and editing what you do, (and I spent my life making movies), and you are also just a very likable person, as far as I can see. I'm glad the channel makes it worthwhile, because it is clearly a valuable service for the communities where you do this, and yet you need to be compensated. Great job. Recommendation: When you’re making a video about a house in really bad shape, you should do mowing/lawn care in one video and then a part two for power washing. It will most likely help with views and keep your viewers attention.

The edging makes such a difference. Now I'm edging pathways and drive. It looks sharp. I'm certain the neighbors appreciate the results of your work efforts. Perhaps the heirs will have an incentive to maintain or sell now. The house and property deserve a new happy. (I know, it may still be torn down- but at least it looks better in the process.)

Re: poison ivy - a very long time ago I was told by a fellow worker at the state park I interned at to use hand cleaner on the spots where you think or know that you touched it. He meant shop hand cleaner, like Goop or Fast Orange, etc. It's made to take off oils, tars, and resins. Generously use it where you came in contact with the plants, wash that off, THEN use hot soapy water to finish taking off the hand cleaner. Works great, I've never had a problem since then, unless I let it slide and didn't use it, or missed a spot. Even applying it a day or two later, after the itch has really set in, helps a lot, because odds are you are still spreading the resin around while scratching, and it will finally stop that from happening. Plus, bonus, the types with pumice really feel kinda good while you use them, haha - tames the itch!
