I like Tesla products but I have a real problem with False advertisement. it's missing almost 50 miles for the advertised mileage right? None of the features should cause it to drop that far in miles; not even A/C

He says it used only 68Kw and went 250 miles. But, he will have to put additional Kw in to get back to starting SOC. The 68Kw is Only power to wheels and does not capture the total consumption such as BMS, HVAC and Info Center. I agree with you, it's misleading but that is why the give Free Rose Colored Glasses to each new owner

You used 82% battery for 250 miles. You used 68 kWh out of 82 total and got 250 miles. 82% of 310 range that your car is rated by EPA is 254 miles. You are off by ONLY 4 MILES!

That 68 Kw is power to the wheels only and does not capture the other consumption such as BMS, HVAC and Info Center.

Go to 19 or 18s squared and a good EV tire. You will add 50-75 depending on how you drive

That sounds like a solid move, especially with EV-specific tires, they’re designed to maximize range. Do you usually drive for longer trips, or is it more city commuting?

@ I drive both. I drive a 300-mile round trip through two mountain passes in the Cascades twice a month, and I also drive it around town. I think it is a great car. I do like my R1T as much, so it's always hard to decide which to drive.

No, the screen is telling him that power to wheels consumed 68Kw but he won't show exactly how many Kw he had to add above the 68 because it's far from truth

eh he didnt run it out , want to see the correct way watch out of spec they do it the correct way still not epa but they got 288

he went 5 to 10 mph more than it's ever tested at by the EPA. If he went 70mph, he'd probably get 290
