"Do you ever get tired of steak?". I couldn't get tired of it either. I used to have a fishing pond that only 8 people fished at, it had the best wide mouth bass, and if I could fish and eat that everyday, I would. Grew up with it, and its gone by now.

You can experience any wagyu steak just 2 cuts of meat an you can eat a high end steak .. these guy make videos an make alot of meat so it's cheaper for them to buy a whole cut of meat rather a portion.

I bought a circulator and tried cooking steaks sous vide. By comparison to those reverse seared over charcoal with a little smoke wood - they SUCKED. I might be able to sous vide a stain out of an old sock, but haven't tried yet.

Although I prefer reverse searing over sous vide, saying sous vide sucks is not true at all. It's a lot less work to sous vide once you have the equipment and steaks come out amazing, and cleanup is a cinch.

But to go out and buy the meat in Australia, it would only cost around $500AUD for the same piece. Therefore one could conclude it's almost cheaper for an American to fly to Australia, purchase, cook and eat this meat, and fly back.
