You know, i don't see many reviews mention this when looking at this kit, but there's actually a notch in chest where the shoulder plugs in that aligns with a peg on the shoulder piece that allows you to lock the arm in an upright position so you don't have to worry about the gatling shield drooping when you have it posed. Pretty smart stuff.

There is a neat little feature that you forgot to mention with the shoulder joint in the armpit where it can lock it to a forward shooting position with the gatling gun to overcome the weight issue. That’s the one big improvement that the MG and a lot of other kits don’t have!
@scottjennings5034 жыл бұрын
One thing you didn't mention in the review: the Gouf Custom's shoulder joint has a tab-and-slot system that helps support the weight of the Gatling shield when the arm is held straight out from the body, preventing the arm from sagging when it's in that pose.

So much so that I bought a second one just so I could figure out how to make it so I could mount a second gunshield without losing the grappling hook launcher. The MG Gouf Custom is definitely a mixed-review kit. I like it, but with how much goes on to the left arm, it does make it -super- heavy and difficult to get in that nice held up firing pose straight out of the box. Still uses a polycap ball joint for the arm-to-body so it does not hold up well, and the arm is heavy enough with everything that even tightening up the joints I fear may not be enough.
