The melatonin story is such a mood. I have so much trouble sleeping that melatonin did absolutely nothing so my doctor prescribed me really intense sleeping meds. Basically if I don't get a full 8 hours of sleep I'll be a zombie for the entire day.

My husband and I both love sleep, 8 hours at least. Now I'm pregnant and while we are excited we are both like this is going to be an interesting journey 🤣 I'm already not sleeping well being pregnant too. Lol. I use to take melatonin for my migraines but can't now, I miss it. I love the Ollie brand because it didn't make me feel weird.
