I have some trauma-aphasia, and go non-verbal too. It’s like I can’t find the words I need when I want to say them.. and you keep me in awe with how professional you sound, speaking on things that are experiences that many of us have had (maybe not specifically, but I can see my past and my growth when you speak on yours). I'm female, just to say, since you can't tell by my username, and this video deeply resonated with me on so many levels. I had a completely different kind of upbringing from you but I'm going through many of the same thought processes as you are in navigating through my life as an adult now. For me being adopted and then raised by people from a completely different culture and nationality from myself, plus being surrounded by abusive and neglectful, malignant narcissists, then marrying into a cult-like family where it's enmeshment or you're out if your female --- then I'm also disabled with chronic illness and pain - well I almost did myself in years ago. Thank you for this video so much, Faith. You're articulating the truth in ways I really need to hear. You're helping me heal right now in real time and I'm so grateful. 🙏🌺🏵🌸

My controversial take. Friends is bad. It's not a good show but the power of nostalgia is strong enough that people who watched it in their formative years still like it. But then how many IPs and franchises that I like are only good because of nostalgia glasses?
