I had to eat things smaller than me and avoid being eaten by things bigger than me but as I ate I became bigger and bigger. This meant that the fish that used to terrify me could be eaten by me with a little effort. Once I ate enough of those I could inhale them in a single bite and even defeat any fish in the water.

all these comments, and only one person knows that these are freshwater fish... to inform, the fish he is playing as is a Northern Pike, and the attitude of "I don't care what it is, i want it in my mouth" is very accurate. There have been multiple instances of someone reeling in an already large Pike, only to have their fish chomped by an even larger Pike, and they end up reeling both at once.
