An alternative to the car dryer for half the price is a pet dryer. Bought one primarily for use on my Motorbike, brilliant bit of kit for around 50 quidish on fleabay.🙂👍

@ Nice, good luck. The 159, Brera or Mito are the standouts. Unless you’re really lucky in finding a Gtv. They are beautiful cars but for some reason most Alfa owned cars tend to get neglected.

With regards to claying etc, a super-easy way to tell if the paintwork still has 'invisible' contaminants on it is to use a plastic food/freezer bag - Put your hand in the bag, spread your fingers and gently feel across the car's panels. The plastic bag acts as an 'amplifier' so that you can feel the invisible particles of contamination that you may have missed. You can then re-apply Tar Remover or go over gain with a clay bar. 😉

I’ve got a Juke that needs a good clean and polish 😊 Mito came up really well, great job! I used to valet cars when I was younger but I’m 60 now and have arthritis in my hands so can’t do what I used to be able to do.

@@epicautomotivedetailing Oh yeah, Guiliettas are great, they can be pretty cheap to buy, and they don't have the terrible rust issues of the previous generation of Alfas. There's a few common issues, but non are particularly expensive or complicated to fix.

Thanks mate, autoglym magma is a fallout remover, yum wheel cleaner is capable of doing the same thing as it's ph neutral and has similar materials used

I just wanted to put it on the steering wheel. You can actually use it on vinyl as it just finishes it off nicely. I didnt add every scene in the video as it was getting long but i used infinity wax interior detailer to finish of some parts of the interior trim

I wish I had those drill bushes and that tornador 30 years ago when I was a full-time valater, we cleaned loads of miggin cars like that, and worse, before they went to auction or forecourt. The headcloth of a smokers car was the worst. 🤮

Learning a good strategy, clean the car in a certain order based on certain conditions outside. Cleaning a car in the hot sun requires a different process to the cold so you need to know all methods

It's easier to reverse in. I don't get a good angle out the front as there's a big grassy patch. Plus car reveals at the front look 👌
