When you eat fast food, it undercuts the exercise you do to stay healthy. Why not bring some healthy sandwiches with you (made from chickpeas like hummus) along with vegetables and fruits that keep well in the cooler like sugar snap peas. Water, fermented bread, dried fruit and veggies plus 6 days on the road and Im going to make it home tonight.
