I Feel So Loved My Heart Wants to Explode | Moving Muskoka Wedding | Kascha & Corey

These are the kind of Muskoka weddings we dream about filming. We love the outdoors, being surrounded by nature and especially sharing that experience with wonderful people. Kascha and Corey are Muskoka lovers and from the very beginning of their planning, the location was a non-negotiable. But bringing their vision to life required a whole lotta effort, from landscaping the sloping property, to collecting moss for over a year and brining in barges to accommodate their guests for their reception. But I think we can agree it was well worth it.
Kascha and Corey are adventurous and playful souls. They just loved spending their time together and were so easy to direct. They're the kind of couple that make our jobs so much easier. All we had to do was put them in nice spots and they would do the rest. They literally danced their way through the day with contagious, beaming smiles throughout and couldn't have been more perfect. Their wedding was literally perfect, from the decor, to the speeches, vows and location. But what stood out most to us was their personalities; the kind that make a wedding film unique and allow us, as viewers to get to know them and share in their experience.
Filmed with the A7S3 (gimbal) and Lumix S5 (handheld). Shot in Log and matched with Cinematch (converted to Vlog) and graded from there.

Ha ha! No I don't have Sony, but my 2nd shooter does. So we had that on a gimbal a few times this season. I still prefer the image from my Fuji though. But the AF on the Sony is very very helpful, I must admit. I did have to work a lot harder on the colour for this film though. The Sony skin tones can be tricky, as well as the slightly strange WB behaviour.
