I Figured Out How to Make a Ceiling Perfectly Flat

i tried all kindsa tools, even a hand sander but it was crap and I had to try to replicated the popcorn ceiling back just so it didnt look so weird. It ended up still looking really bad fortunately I found a buyer for the property nevertheless.

I think replacing the drywall would’ve been just the fastest way

You’re probably right. Hanging ceilings alone is a nightmare though
