You have to: Deal a ton of elemental damage specific to his starting phase, Break one of his horns, which are almost so charged with elemental energy that you can't clutch onto them to do so, Survive powerful, nearly arena-wide elemental attacks from ALL FIVE monster hunter elements, each of which are significantly faster than almost anything you've faced to this point and have separate attack patterns for each element, And get off enough DPS to kill him before he runs out of horns for you to break, AND preferably have 3 teammates who can all perform at the level needed to do all of the above, Or you lose the fight. At least here you don't have to TARGET A HEAD THAT IS NEARLY CONSTANTLY CRACKLING WITH LIGHTNING just to avoid the instakill, AND DO THREE OTHER THINGS.

So for when and if you ever fight him again, in 2nd phase when he gets all the rocks and is in the air, run away from him. You still have to dodge the rocks but his flash combo after will miss you entirely until the 5th swing. Dodge that and dodge the ground AOE and you get a free opening as well as looking like you know what youre doing, lol. I just learned this today so thats why i didnt mention it before. As for his Radahn meteor, just run to the opposite of the room. Nope, the real victims of Miquella are Radahn and Mohg. He miquellested them.
