Most of the symptoms lasted less than a week, but we had fairly bad coughs for 4 weeks or so into September 2023. Pretty rough. My wife just got a cold that turned into bronchitis one week ago... what a way to celebrate the year anniversary of our covid experience... I have a milder form of the cold this time around instead of similar to her level of sickness. Anyway, welcome to the covid club. Your 4y 6m of avoiding covid are quite impressive indeed!

I had Covid once right after I got the first vaccine, I was scheduled to get the second shot just before I caught it, Both me and my fiancé had it, The Fevers are the worst. I just took ibuprofen to bring the Fevers down until it passed and took a decongestant for the stuffy nose and Phlegm in my lungs, The Ibuprofen helped with the body aches too, Just try to get up as much as you can and walk around I know you feel like crap but it's necessary to prevent it settling into your lungs and then the Immune system starts attacking your lungs because of the virus in them. Good luck and God bless, I'll say a prayer for you.

So you just admit that you're doing worse with the 'vaccines' than before you got it, and yet you still blame it on a 'virus' that has symptoms that cannot be separated from the common flu.🙄

When I got my sense of smell back I was HYPER sensitive to smell. Trust me when I say that it's the worst super power to get. I had to shower twice a day. I had to run to the store on the final day of it and even with a mask on it was overwhelming.

Hi, I saw your video about anxiety and all that stuf and I empathize whit you. I´m a "old and lonly men", i have 35 years old and I wanna leave you a messege here because maybe in the other video you don´t see it. First of all excuse for my english, I live in Colombia and don´t speak the language. Having that clear this is what I want to tell you: I am the male version of you, and i don't exaggerate. Everything you say is my experience. Is anxiety, every thing looks terrible, our brain only see the bad things in life and in ourselves offcourse. I´m preparing to move out of my house whit no job or a stable income, is a big risk but I realize that we should go out of our "comfort zone" and focus in ourselves, is like put some real presure in our lives, not like the presure of the anxiety that is only in our mind. Live in a house whith your parents is not good, they don´t understand you and they don´t respect you because they keep seen you as a child, or maybe is me because I ´m a male, but my point is that we should earn respect whit our actions, and I´m not a materialistic person, is just the reality. Meanwhile if you stay in the same situation you´ll never progress whit anxiety, you will keep seening live as boring and you as a stupid and whortless person. Just realize that, you will have to live whit thouse thoughs in your mind but I belive that at lest you will feel whit a porpuse or a feel of progress. Menwhile you will feel terrible and doubting about everything, your sexuality, your capability, your kindness, your determination, your intelligence, etc. Is a autodestructive situation but guess what, is the anxiety, is not real if you don´t belive it, it sound stupid or "subjective", but is the anxiety what is "stupid and subjective". You are not alone, but maybe you need to be really alone (out of your comfort zone) and have good expectations of your live, if you have hight standards (thats what happend to me, things like love, a good income, a family, travel, etc), you just keep feeding your anxiety, be humble or realistic and undertand that is step by step, it takes time and is better to start now because nobody will help you. I want to be whit you and "help you" ( I´m a "stupid and dumb" person like you) but I can´t, and I don´t say that in a creepy way or a meaninless way, I really fell like you, so this is what I can do for you. Don't isolate, this videos or interactions are good for you if you have the wisdom to manage them well ( I know that you doubt of that to). I wish you the best. Bye.

Just had covid or some type of flu. First two days were minor sore throat and tired with a bit of sore muscles, I didn't really know I was even sick. Then 3 days of worse congestion, headaches, sweaty and body/muscle aches. I was oddly hungry while sick which is unusual for me. Day 5 I was 90%, day 6 (today) I felt great. I got the Dayquil and Nyquil combo box and just took one every 4 hours during the day and two night time ones to sleep (not medical advice). I took one before I sleep and another in the night if I woke up. First time you get it is the worst, second and after isn't as bad. The severe flu cough syrup is good for sleep too.
