IMHO these are the best type of videos you do. Thanks for taking the time to explain and share the concept. Plz do more.

People have asked me for tips on my kickflips because I humbly feel like I have a solid kickflip. Something that has always helped me is pop the shit out of and get a quick flick. I try to look at it from a physics aspect. The harder you pop the easier it will come to your feet and almost catch itself and kind of follow through the pop with the quick flick. In my opinion it’s 90% having a powerful snap

That was a great progression to see! Huge difference. Dan is one of the best teachers; observing, calculating and then spitting it out in a concise, relatable formula that just works.

Man,thats exactly how we skated back in the day. Just going back and forth and still repeating the same mistake hoping it will eventually click. Thats why I suck still, haha. Skate smarter, not harder. Thats the deal

I’m liking these videos lately of you figuring out and processing new tricks or techniques while also just kicking it with the homies. It’s both informative and entertaining. Also, you and Dan are a hoot lol

So I skate old school flat Mike Vs . I can’t kick flip at all but I can almost heel flip on it and I noticed if I flick straight off the nose like I’m gonna Ollie North the board actually flips more consistently

KZbin is such a weird place.... It's crazy to watch people try to explain something in detail, that they haven't learned yet. It's like making a how to video after landing a trick for the first time😂👍 Kickflips are looking better though Dale

Jeremy Wray has an episode on the nine club where he explains how to lift your Kickflip. More foot across the board & ollie then flick. He explains much better than i.......
@StihlChainsaws2 жыл бұрын
I believe he tries to use the entire side of his foot to flip, instead of toe because it's much more consistent. The toe of a shoe is rounded & is much harder to be consistent with.
