dude i emailed keen while back about job opportunities. man i sooooo want to just find a solid job that is reliable n move from New Jersey back to Cali (born in NJ but, lived in SD, CA from few months old - 10 years old) I miss it man I just miss being always around skateboarding cause here the seasons will have you fully halted to where you cant skate and or just be around skating like that. one day i will work at Keen whether handling inventory, shipping/receiving, or just learning and putting stuff together cause it looks like such a fun job like something you can get your hands dirty at and its for something you love; super dope. also I agree man it's so hard to do work/workout/skate all in same day especially when work requires some labor and it sucks cause you gotta pick n choose what you want to do n also make sure you don't burn yourself out to where your work effort starts slackin. Dangggg that 50-50 on that long azzzz rail was fire

Lifting weights isolates and tenses muscles,. Whereas “training” and skating is more calisthenic. Yes lift weights and isolate but also stretch either before or after and try utilizing more full body exercises/movements through the day
