This is totally cool for me to watch. I started with a Canon and moved to Sony AR7 III and purchased the 24-240 and noticed a massive change in my work for about 6 months but then I started to get frustrated again. So I made the jump and just purchased the 100-400 god I hope it gets here before the weekend. Thanks for the awesome video, your photos are AMAZING

It is in incredible lens. I use it for Wildlife but also Landscape with a Sony A1. Top notch autofocus, also works great with an 1.4x TC.

I recently purchased the200-600 and realized very early on that u bit off more than i could chew. Focus with me is utmost as well as quite heavy so I’m exchanging it for the 100-400 … thanks for sharing

I returned the MC adapter, it never worked for me. The MetaBones V worked well for me after the latest firmware update with many Canon lenses and Sony body but now I use all Sony Lenses.

Gave you a sub, thanks for your comments on the lens. When we hit 2000 subs on our channel, i decided to move to the Sony System, A7IV. Right now I’m shooting mostly with 14mm GM 1.8 for vlog style and I have the kit lens but I want to really get something with some tele-photo distance

I actually just bought the a7s iii recently and found that the 100-400mm was even better with it. The auto-focus is better with the S3 than my R3.

This video is probably putting me over the edge to buy the gm over sigma alternative. I will end up disappointed if the focus doesn’t consistently hit and I’d rather take the plunge to fix that. I was originally worried about less light but focus is even more important

I just upgraded to this lens on an a6300 recently and so far I love it. I’ll upgrade the camera body later. I’m curious about the teleconverters…how well they work and the functional difference between the 1.4 and 2.0. If anyone has any experience with these, I’d love to hear it.

I've been thinking about getting the sony 100-400GM for my A7R III Sharpest of its kind on the sony system Best autofocus I can simply crop in digitally to 600mm (18MP) More portable than the 200-600G

I had the 200-600 and the weight was its drawback. After awhile, jus leave it at home. Now looking forward to the 100-400,esp for travel

Of course, the Sony GM is a great lens, but you can't honestly compare the Sony native lens with an adapted lens. The Sigma 100-400 for Sony would probably get you a very decent keeper rate and the lens costs a fraction of the Sony.
