I finally quit. | 531 - 'Hate The Other Side' Trove Parody

Hey guys, I know that I've said this time and again. You may choose to believe me, you may choose not to. But when I say that this is the final time, it really is the final time. I have officially quit trove. Thank you all for your constant support over the years, all of you have made my past 3-4 years interesting and I have learned a ton in the span of those years. I'll be moving forward first, and I hope to see you on the other side soon enough as well. For further context, I gave my main account away, and have no access to it now. There's no way I'll ever consider restarting ever again. This will be my last trove-related video, and any videos moving forward will not refer to trove any longer. You may choose to continue watching my journey as I work towards my goals from being an 'ex-prodigy' that ended washed up because of gaming over the past 5 years, to whatever kind of beast I will be in a few years time. I'll be entering university in the UK this September, and I plan on documenting my growth and progress through vlogs and other types of IRL content, but overall I believe it'll be a pivotal point in my life that I'll try my best to make the most of. Its fine if you choose not to stick with us moving forward, I won't take this personally. Perhaps I was only good for game guides for you, that's a sign that I should step up my game further :D Either way, cheers to the future that lies beyond this point, and I wish you well moving forward.

hey, back in the day I used to be a very late game trove player and I have played trove almost since it came out on several different accounts, I have over 5000 hours on this game and have done almost everything I set out to do. I my self got addicted to this game several times in my life and probably will play it again at some point. what I am trying to say is that I understand your frustration of trying to stop an unhealthy addiction regarding of video games. however I think that playing video games even to the point of no lifing is not something to be ashamed of, because by the end of the day it's just a hobby, and hobbies exist to have fun and relax. also no lifing any game to end game can give valuable lessons for real life and can help develop great actually practical skills, and it helps understand your endurance and how much you are willing to work to reach a goal. that being said there is nothing wrong with quitting a game, I personally wouldn't ever do something as pointless as deleting all of my items or remove any of the achievements but if it helped you cope with quitting then I guess there is really nothing wrong with that. anyway your content was very helpful and straight to the point back when I still played the game and I am happy you were able to upload said videos even if it was relatively short lived and memed to hell with ups and downs. it is honestly amazing to see a channel grow so much from a game that doesn't have a large community or playerbase like other mmos, I want to say that I would of loved to see you make guides or just videos on different games and mmos in general. I also think with the dedication you poses you could probably conquer any mmo or game, like If you made a progression series on mmos like maplestory or runescape I'd probably watch everything you upload. I don't know if you are going to quit content creation or not, but what I am saying is that I believe 100% that you diversifying in other content you could probably grow your channel to a massive size and turn it to a full time job if you wish. and generally any content on this channel being uploaded without it being completely faded to obscurity would be very welcome. but even if you wont upload again, thank you for the memories, good times, I was even there when in the stream where you quit in your guild lol, and great content. hopefully ill hear from ya again.

i think that its okay to take breaks and if you leave it doesn't have to be permanent just follow ur heart where it takes u and keep an open mind. only reason you got memed for quitting is because you committed so hard to never coming back, if you just acknowledge that one day you may eventually return one day when you feel ready, that's completely normal. But if you really don't come back this time that's okay too it's your life you don't have to force yourself any which way.
