I must admit that I've tried every damn thing to remain focused but not for once have I gone for long-form content. Instead, I always look for the shortest videos to grab information. Makes a lot of sense!

Short videos are the worst in terms of gathering knowledge, try out long form content for a week and see the MAGIC!

thank you for the amazing video ! I am trying to increase my attention span as I started school a few weeks ago. It's really hard to get my healthy brain back but I am making so much progress. I couldn't focus on a 20 min video but now I could attend a 3 hour lecture. The one thing that helped me the most was not watching long form content as my studies are done offline, but It was eating without watching anything at all. It was so hard but I am used to it know. Eating with family in specific made me realize how much time I was wasting eating alone instead of bonding with my family in the simplest of ways and Is truly good for your mental health as well. It's like hitting 3 birds with one stone.

Eating without watching is a great achievement, I hardly know anyone in my circle who eats without watching anything. It's great that you are making progress, keep up the good work!

This is so on-point. I especially like and agree with the part about consuming long-form content and focusing on one thing at a time. And if I were to add, reading books is one of the best ways to increase your attention span. That's my favorite way, at least.

Reading books is also a great way but most people prefer digital consumption these days so long form can be the saviour
