I mean the great thing about getting a vehicle for free or for some non-monetary costs such as doing work for someone is that it leaves the money that you would have or could have spent on the vehicle in order for you to put that much more into it in fixing it up. If I remember right, I believe that 2.5 L V6 in some of those would have head gasket issues. I also believe that’s a timing belt engine, but I don’t believe it’s interference. And yeah, I don’t know why Toyotas do the weird thing with the fuel pump. I have seen several Toyota vehicles that have been like that. A third GEN four runner, a Pontiac vibe, which is basically a Toyota matrix with a different design and a general motors radio. I enjoy having project cars myself. My yard is full of them lol everything from A. Yugo to a 94 crown Victoria, to a Chevrolet Astro, to a 66 Ford pick up, a Suzuki XL seven, actually that’s more of just a driver. It doesn’t really have a lot of issues. Even though it does have the famous General Motors 3.6 L V6 lol i’m just overall a car guy lol but my taste is not hyper cars and super cars and sports cars and all of that. I love the regular vehicles that you just don’t see every day, like a third generation, Ford, Crown, Victoria, or an Isuzu, rodeo, or a 1995 Oldsmobile cutlass Sierra I used to have one of those.

I feel so dumb for bending that control arm, it doesnt seem to affect how it drives but its not right and needs to be fixed. The power steering line thats leaking needs to be replaced. And the coil wire needs a straight plug style end to reach the bottom of the coil. But hey the car was free. It runs smooth. It will be able to get me to work this winter.

I love this body style of Toyota. I might have to try to find one. Cool to see the sunroof.

Does the cruise control work? Is it the style of cruise control where there's a cable controlled throttle body and the cruise control is a separate box connected via cable to the throttle body? I have a 2001 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport that has that style of cruise control and it does not work. I don't see many cars with that kind of cruise control where the cruise control is still functional I'd love to see more videos on this car, Catboi Cutie

@mordecaiepsilon I think it has cruise. I haven't tried to use it yet, I'll have to get back to you on that :3 I'll make more videos for sure! Hehe
