I would LOVE you to try Selena Gomez`s makeup artist Hung Vanngo makeup tutorial, his most viewed one on his channel has 3.6 million views and it was AMAZING, warm toned supermodel 90`s one. I love how much he preps the skin and how fabulous makeup looked overall, would really like to see more videos like this one today, you're glowing w or without makeup Soph, I love it!!

Generally makeup artists don’t use a liquid liner due to hygiene reasons as you put the top back in the bottle, we tend to use a gel liner from a pot or a pencil x

Love Hindash !! I also adore Lisa Eldridge- I feel like she's made very technical makeup artistry skills feel accessible to the every-person. And also, she spends so much time talking over and explaining exactly what she's doing, why and how one should adapt certain looks to suit different face/eye-shapes (like how adding a darker colour a certain way can create a different illusion etc).

soph, you should do like a comparison and like final thoughts when you follow someone else's tutorial! like compare the end result to how you usually do your makeup and compare if it looks better or worse or similar. you always look good in makeup but i think it would be helpful to see side by side for us and for you aswell

We (make-up artists) can’t use liquid eyeliners out of their own containers. Everything has to be sanitized between each client. I work off a glass palette so my brush doesn’t contaminate any liquid product.

For the eye makeup, think of your eye socker (you can feel where the bones end around your eye if you touch gently) as your crease ☺️

Oh this look on you is incredible. Her lid space was quite a bit bigger than yours hence why her crease seemed much higher but you did such a good job in mimicking it. That kiko shadow is definitely a close dupe it looks amazing. I love your skin in this and I've been doing the blush after highlight technique for years. I knew there was method to my madness lol. I'm definitely going to try the way he does highlight as I think it made a huge difference to the overall look of the skin. Also I'm sure the eye primer palette by Mario is available in Cult Beauty. I love this style of video and would love to see you do more recreations 💕

As a former makeup artist, the other part is sanitation when coming to eyeliner. Liquid is not able to be sanitized so I always used a pot of gel liner or a pencil.
