Hehe, John, the little bonus footage was pretty funny! I first started watching your channel during lockdown and it certainly made it feel I was out there fishing, too! I really appreciated a channel without a bunch of cussing. Keep them coming!

Thoroughly enjoyed the video. My favorite type of fishing is pond fishing. Like you I enjoy exploring and as you say sometimes you feel like you're the first person that's ever been to a spot or spots. I can't get out and fish as much as you but you keep me motivated in the mean time. God bless!

I like these little ponds, my favorite types of spots, they have that loaded with fish look, you did good with lures for bass, I feel like a bobber with nightcrawler or grass shrimp would work awesome for panfish, crappie and bass in spots like that, I look for spots like that were i live, hard to find, MAN! I'd like to fish there about dawn time in the middle of August, now I gotta go out fishing, 100k subs I knew it wouldn't take long, if you get one of those silver button's be sure to show it.

John, I always like these videos where you are exploring new places. You caught fish in every pond so that’s a win for the day. Congratulations on 100K. That’s in only a short space of time. I have a feeling that your channel is about to grow exponentially. Teach a man to fish and you bring him closer to God and His creation. Bless you brother.

Man, if you think those places were sketchy...you ought to see the places I fish around here. In fact, the more you get eaten alive by skeeters, the more snakes you see, etc - the better the fishing. Unfortunately, we've been battling rain and high water all year, and it hasn't improved as of late.

Man, John! That had to be some of the toughest hiking you've done yet just to fish! I tried the first two ponds when I was down there, and saw that third one, but I wasn't gonna try to hike through all that...But you got some fun fish out of them! (I didn't get any) ..Good stuff, as always, Bro!

There's a dopamine trick that you might employ... Use randomness in your cast to hit ratio. Right now, it's a 1:1 every cast yields a hit. Go for more of a 2 or 3 to 1 ratio. It's the surprise of the hit, the win, the payout that keeps folks watching, and gamblers gambling.
