Another quality video. I had a similar experience a few weeks ago. I've seen individual bass on beds, but this time it was a "pod" of 6-8 bass, probably spotted, all in one huge bed. They were definitely not feeding - any bream or other small fish that got too close was chased out. I tried a few casts, but all they did was follow the lure out of the danger zone, or maybe bumping it with their nose - no strikes. I came back 2 days later, and there were no fish at all on the bed. I've never seen anything like it.

I am so envious of how you cast so easily. Just a flick of the wrist and it goes right where you want it. Hardly any backstroke. You must have practiced a lot, and I have not. In a long time. Plus I am right-eyed and left handed. Do you have any videos demonstrating how to cast the way you do? Or some sort of practice regimen? That creek looks just like the Saline River here in central Arkansas.
@CreekFishingAdventures2 жыл бұрын
Yeah my practice I guess is doing this every week
@dennisbeaty33352 жыл бұрын
@@CreekFishingAdventures I would appreciate if you did a video of how to cast the way you do. You use the same type gear I do. But there is no way I can just flick my wrist barely moving the rod and The lure goes where I want to. Also how do you determine when to get in the water or when to stay about 5 ft away from the edge of the water?
