@@beachpiratehunter9671 I'm glad you're doing well. Yes, it's been a slow season and there's been times I've been to the beach and I didn't find a single ring. Last year by this time I had 52 rings but only 13 this year so far. Earlier this week I did really well though. I found 4 rings and 2 of them were 14k with diamonds. It's been a while since I've had a day like that. Are you still swinging the Excalibur or have you upgraded? I'm still using my CTX3030 with the 17" coil. If I had to replace it I don't know if I'd go with the Manticore or XP Deus 2. I'm hoping Minelab comes out with the next generation of the CTX. I'd love to see a deeper water rating and a target density ID. Basically, a built in sonar that will ping a target. This way all that aluminum that reads in the gold range can now actually be discriminated out.

Family is everything and without that, we become lost. I lost my father inlaw and brother inlaw within 6 months and a month after my brother inlaw passed away from cancer my nephew was born and I have been a father figure for him, I drove him home from the hospital after was born and in NICU for 3 weeks he is 2 now. He is my entire world. Bad things happen and great things happen for what seems to be no particular reason.
