@@cathybostwick405 That's very naive of you. There are many issues animals and people can have that cause placements to not be great. Dogs do not just love you for you. They need you to care for them in the way they need you to. They can have many trauma's of past mistreatment. And if you're someone who doesn't have the time or space etc. for a dog like that, it will not work out and nobody will be happy.

This was a fun explore. Love the staircase and all the interesting 70’s floors. Love vintage wallpaper so I really am drawn to the kitchen wallpaper. Big rooms are great. Want that old piano and I seem to be drawn to vintage light fixtures. Bet the salvaged ones from entry and dining room were gorgeous. That upstairs bathroom was so cool. Still in great shape after so many years and a daring choice by the owners even though I think it would have made me dizzy in the mornings. I always try to think what it was like living in these homes back in their prime. These were probably a very fun bunch. Thank you for another fun tour. And I am confident you will find a most amazing dream home. I felt that there were costly problems hiding in those walls and you were saving yourself headaches by passing on it. Some of this explore seemed familiar to me, like the wine opened on Nona's birthday. But I did NOT remember the snake skin! I think I could watch all your videos over & see different things now from the first time around. I love those kitchen cabinets! I was a teen in the 70s but I was never in an upper end house. The colors were pure 70s. The yellow, green, orange & brown. Groovy!! Thanks for continuing to bring us your excellent explores!

Hey Ethan, good to see you exploring another 70 style pad. These pads in the 70's had their own groovy styles. I absolutely love, love, love the flowery, vine wallpapers from back in the day. I still use my wooden beads on my doorways. I have tie dyes I created. I still own a few items from my teen years in the 70's I use to decorate with. With all due respect I wanted to advise you the differences in a regular piano and a grand piano. A regular piano is like the one in this pad. It is more boxed shaped and it has the strings that are strung vertically. A grand piano on the other hand spreads out like a flat table. A grand piano has the strings wired horizontally. I'm not sure in the quality or the difference in the of sounds of the both. As I have never heard or played attention while a grand piano was being played. Great explorer. Thank you for sharing. This mansion is awesome! Amazing. I am surprised that there are no interested parties for some houses. The house used to be a dream. If I were someone who had a lot of money, I would buy a house like this and renovate it. Even if there is a lot of work involved. Basically, the house is far too good to fall apart or be demolished. The entrance with the pillars alone looks great.

3 things you need to look for before putting in an offer. Any mold do not buy. Water damage, you don't know where the leak starts or what shape the rest of the plumbing is like, do not buy. Settling cracks means the foundation has shifted and this effects door and windows from opening and closing to be able to lock. Take a level with you and test countertops, shelfs and bathtubs. Just take your time and ask lots of questions. You are young so you have the time to be thorough and picky. Good luck in your search.
