HAPPY BIRTHDAY NATE🎉! Very good tour I really like this home except for the shower in the primary bath it should be real tile and of course as I say it needs the glass surround with the knee wall. Love the square sinks in the bathrooms the utility room was beautiful and not many people would compliment a utility room like that but I will.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NATE! Raiden's looking's good good too! I could vuse some prayers. I had a stroke in August and ended up with.congential heart failure and pneumonia this month, October. I'm still in the hospital and I'm not sure when I'm getting out. Can't get my breathing regulated to where the doctor is satisfied with it. So...prayers would be appreciated, thank you. Happy 52nd Birthday Nate!! I wish you many more years of happiness and good health. This had to be your best video ever!! I absolutely love your son, 😂 what a sense of humor and great personality. He definitely takes after you. This home is beautiful, and I really loved the layout. I would extend the linoleum flooring from the front door to the dining room and actually put in a built in for coats and boots and a shelf table for things needing to go out the door. Take good care and enjoy your birthday.

Laundry room could have been a bit smaller and given the space to the second bath. What were the allen wrenches taped to the doors for? Nice floor open floor plan.

They are for adjusting the faucets and tightening the fixtures. They are all the same size but they include them all when you get the home.
