I bought this diffuser after this video. I personally did not like it all, it made my curls crunchy and weird looking. I tried to return it, but their customer service is not good. After 3 attempts at communication, they said i can return it minus shipping fee or accept a 5 dollar refund fee . That made no sense at all. I bought the volumizer brush too and my daughter really liked it so will keep that .Just be careful when buying for them and I think u have to have a specific curl pattern for hairdryer to work well. Just my 2 cents.

People get upset when creators do sponsored content but I’m not sure why because no one goes to work all day in an office and expect to not get paid.
