Honestly, I'm positive that ea has gotten MANY suggestions or requests from not only fans but also members on the sims team... so the lack of collaboration content or an integrated custom content gallery/marketplace is a choice. Ea makes exorbitant amounts of money off of anything they release for the sims, so I'm sure to them there's no real motivation to move in a more collaborative direction/approach with content. It really is unfortunate. 😔

The problem is that when cc creators are hired by EA they're made to comply with EA's restrictions, and honestly some of them don't make sense. That chair with the million swatches that include different backs and optional blanket is amazing and there's no good reason that EA shouldn't allow such things.

About your curtains, maybe it could help if the curtains were double layered and you had a white, one under the pink, that you could have pulled. So you still have the pink curtains, but don't have the super pink lighting and the sun burning on you 💕

Yeah she could get a white shade in the window that she can pull down. It'll let in light, but diffuse it, and still allow for the pink curtains.

I need to see Deli and Lilsimsie need to do a collab where they build each other's styles. Deli builds a base game blue suburban and Lilsimsie does a midcentury modern with all the CC. They're both such good builders but build so differently and I'll love to see how they put their own twist on the other's style

I don’t know if you’ll see this but for the pink curtains/lighting, you can cancel it out with green! like if you were to put a layer of thin green fabric over your curtains even I think it would make it less pink

I have A LOT of CC in my game but I'm pretty sure this is the most beautiful one I have ever seen. Little Dica made magic recreating Deli's furniture and also he reflected to perfection her great taste in interior design. I'm so glad creators are able to expand their creativity with these things and it's absolutely amazing they share it with us 🧡

But she frequently does videos where she highlights creators and CC, as she has done today. And she *likes* CC even if she isn't using it. So it would not be a waste.

I never really download cc packs anymore because I really try to play with only QOL mods these days (so I actually use the stuff I bought the packs for) but oh my god this pack is absoluty amazing and looks so polished. I can really recommend the pufferhead-stuffpack from MLys. It is so detailed and incredibly well-made. It also has a new gametable which is functional, new dolls, posters, etc. and all the build-items are adorable for kidsrooms but also have neutral swatches you can use for any type of sim
