I've never commented on one of your videos before and it's shocking because you have had such a major influence on my life, but I just have to say I love how your path has evolved over time after following you for so many years. I can see real growth and maturity in you Aidan and it's so awesome to see because I see myself doing that too by following your example. You helped me show how to live life to the fullest and I can look back with zero regrets and be proud of myself for connecting with myself again after years of social media addiction. I've been working on reducing my phone and social media usage for the past months now and I went from 38-44hrs to 28-34 hrs. Quite the change and I'm proud of it. But realizing that's still 1 and a half day every week and hearing your line about "killing the short amount of time you have on this earth in this life" has made me realize I have to reduce it more. I've just spent half an hour deleting apps, turning off notifications, moving apps out of sight. I'm realizing what life's about. Thank you Aidan and the Valspire Family

Inner peace isn't really achievable. It's more about finding moments of peace in life. Express yourself fully, don't limit your emotions. They are worth something. That's the absurdity of it. Emotions don't really ever end (until you die of course but that depends on what people believe). Just gotta live through them. Keep going . Keep moving. Keep growing. Life isn't linear. It never will be.
