For your money exchange go to a bank or they have specific foreign money exchange places. I'm not sure about what they have in Mexico but no matter what country you go to they have foreign money exchange places. Make sure they are legit! Good luck hun! Walk with God's protection always. Yes you pay both and no you don’t need any verification documents outside of your passport.
