Sensitivity is the amount of swing/shift, 10 having a completely fixed camera and 1 being most noticeable in shift, especially when spinning out. Rotation axis is the camera rotation using the right thumbstick. 0 is spinning at the center of the car. On 3 you notice a shift in the rotation when rotating around the car which is not a very smooth experience and a bit distracting.

I feel like Forza has the camera almost like it’s on a drone following at a set distance from the front of the car, whereas GT has it’s camera on an invisible, fixed pole sticking out from the back of the car, and when you changed the settings it allowed that pole to swing at a bit of a delay to the movement of the car? Not sure which I prefer to be honest, probably whichever is fastest….

Much better, but not as necessary as in Forza. In Forza, it’s probably the only way to have a decent situation awareness whereas in GT, the radar does a quite remarkable job.

Sadly tons of clueless people tend to point out that GT cars "are pngs and the track is the one moving" blah blah... The Forza camera looks better, but I prefer the stiffer Gran turismo default camera anyways since it feels more precise. In GT1 and GT2 the games had Forza-like camera by default, I decided to change it to stiff instead in settings.

I feel the same way that Polyphony should of made those setting the default rather than the static view. Lots of people don't know you can change this.

I have no idea why some gamer didn't go to the option setting first for whatever setting before just telling people the camera is bad. Not just GT, the whole game. They just lazy and assumed the whole game is just like that. Check option first dang it. That is supposed to be THE first thing they do before AND when playing any games to make yourself comfortable. It's like playing DOOM on console, right analog sensitivity is a bit high, not go to option, assumed that the game is just like that, complain because it's hard to aim. CHECK OPTION/SETTING FIRST!

Do you work for Turn 10? Since KZbin started recommending your videos a few weeks ago, the most positive comments on your videos are always from people warning about this setting to change the camera effect on the GT7. Even so, you continued to create comparison videos with FM8, criticizing GT7's 3rd person camera until now.

I personally dislike a lot fm’s chase cam. I find it just terrible, with that floating sensation. I like gt’s very stiff cam, i’d buy forza if they introduce such a cam in their game. It looks like the taxy from the californication video by rhcp

So its in forza the car moves and does unrealistic things? LMAO, yeah because in real life the car never drifts or spins out like in GT7. GT7 has those online hovercrafts opponents teleporting going side to side much more real.
