I found the wild bunny that was in that tube. The brother of the one that passed from hypothermia.

Who knows what that bunny was thinking as we looked at ourselves in the mirror display of the cell phone recording. Birds and lizards do not recognize themselves in a mirror and think it is another one of them looking back at them. The smart animals usually, with time, figure out what a mirror is doing and are able to start the self recognition process.... Building up vanity.

My kitten recognizes himself in the mirror. He’s about 10 months old now, he lived primarily in the bathroom for the first few weeks cuz he was too small to roam the house with the big kids. He’s so used to the mirror now. Sometimes he just sits and looks, and I wonder what he’s thinking.

Hey there it s nice that u let the bunny live in your Garden but catching them is like a huge amount of stress. They might think they are dying so maybe, if u rly like these animals you dont need to do that. And Parrots can recognize themself in a mirrwo they are way smarter than a dog. Magpies aswell But u got a rly nice garden there and i liked the video beside that :)

I see dogs and cats as a huge burden and extreamly expensive. Dog boarding is over $60 per day now and the dogs usually hate it and think they are being abandoned. Having to walk them all the time or cat litter everywhere and that smell of litter and wet sweaty dog. Urin staind carpets. Dogs freaking out because of lightning and trying to tair through the door. Not being able to go on long trips. Cats treating you like they own you. So everyone around here has dogs. One new neighbor let her dog up on my front yard hill so it could take a 💩 where my kids play. I scared her bad by opening my van door, stepping out and said, "Really! My kids roll around in the grass there and you let your dog SHIT there." I was so mad but that is all I said. Now she walks on the opposite side of the street every day and tries not to look into my eyes and I am in my front yard every day 24/7 watching out for those kinds of dog people who think its ok to let their dogs do that. My brother had a problem with a neighbor who intentionally had their dog crap in his yard all the time after his wife tried to ask the lady to stop. I am not going to tolorate someone like that.

Uhh you do realize that wild rabbits cannot eat the same food as domesticated rabbits right? You should have had her call a wildlife rehab center and take it there. Unfortunately, that bunny probably won't survive. I work with a rabbit shelter and we rescue and release wild ones all the time. We have strict no interaction rules and a special diet for them. We have these for a reason. So the rabbit won't die before we're able to release it. PLEASE call that lady and give her the correct advice if it's not already too late.

I rescued four babies a few weeks ago. The mother abandoned the nest in our backyard. I think because of our dog. I marked the nest and watched it for around 36 hours. She never came back. I kept them and fed them until they were old enough to eat on their own and were strong enough to be able to hop and run pretty quickly on their own. They were 7 to 9 days old when we found them and were 21 to 25 days old when we released them. We released them in the wooded area behind our house on the other side of our fence. We still see a couple of them, so they're doing well. People need to realize that not every rescue is bad and sometimes it is needed.

He stayed when we left that place, together with one of his sons. Plossum looks almost like a wildie too, Aussie version but her fur is softer and silvery. Her agility and speed are astounding. Definitely inherited from her father. Now at 18 months she's learning to be 100% domestic. No more free range because of foxes, owls and hawks. I do miss her mum though. 😢

Awww, yes so cute but please let wild bunny be a wild bunny. Yes I would love to cuddle them too and don't believe you would hurt the bunny but I really think they get so frightened that their poor little heart might give out! Protect your tomatoes with tree mesh/guards. Remove lower leaves and check on them regularly. 😊

@@kyledeguzman165 Guns, yes we do when it comes to pigeons but when it comes to bunnies the usual method for young trees or tomato plants would be tree guards. Each has his own method. I love bunnies. I know their numbers have to be controlled in some ways. I just don't have the heart to do it that way. I keep our tomatoes under cover as we get rains here which can lead to blight. No offense meant to you at all I'm just soppy about furry creatures. 😅

if you have almost any other options for greens, it most likely won't touch your tomatoes... and certainly not the fruit itself. Instinctually they know what is/isn't poisonous to them, and tomatoes are mildly poisonous to rabbits.

So there were 3 times I videoed and interacted with him. The first time was when I found him in the black tube next to the shed. Then I found him in this video. Then he was all over the neighborhood before I made that interaction backyard Bunny has got to go. By that time he was so evasive and wild. I chased him into the net and he screamed on the 3rd and last time I caught him. I waited for him to calm down before I made the final video. I wish I showed the screaming so people would not assume he was not wild when I moved him to the forest area. But I will not worry about that much.

He's adorable, but I still think he looks domestic instead of wild. I did when he was little too, but it was hard to tell. Even a healthy cotton tail doesn't have such wide skeletal structure. And his color is a perfect chestnut.
