So here's a theory... MJ Holding company has a ygo division that understands that there are possibly Vice Dragon promos inside RGBT special editions, so they go hunting for them. As a result, they have a bunch of unlim RGBT packs that they resell for $10 each in their repackaged product, and they recoup most of the costs of hunting the Vice Dragon promos and 1st ed RGBT packs that are possibly found inside of special edition displays (see my box break for proof). They're a smart company haha
