As Guga always says, "Don't let it go to waste," Can we get an episode of purely Guga cooking from scraps. Dry aged brisket trimmings chili is always tasty.
@nickjensen5264

That would be a good episode. I have been curious if there is a good way to use all the dry age pellicle he trims off, I think he used it once to make the fake dry age. Maybe he could grind up the dry age trimmings and mix it into a sausage with other meats. Or even just grind it up with ground beef to make dry age burger patties.

I know it's a joke. But We have come a long way since 80s and 90s nutrition "science" sponsored by suggar lobby to make us fear fats like the plagues. As long as you work out and don't end up with a caloric surplus, all this fat will be digested and converted into calories and it's not gonna end up into your artheries at all. It's oxidization, not fat itself, that we know it's the main culprit in artheries clogging.

Those all look so incredible it's painful to watch. Mouth is watering like a flood! I'd want to put some of that meaty cheese wheel on top of plain spaghetti noodles.

Best cheese for warm Sandwiches is Italian cheese (Mozzarella, Burrata, Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano etc.) and the best cheese for cold sandwiches is Dutch cheese (all types of Gouda).

Guga should start a restaurant and feature some of his best video dishes. I'd drive an hour for this. Both ways.
I deep fried steaks in BONE MARROW and it changed everything!
