I was managing in Andorra and, thanks to the lack of domestic registration rules, I managed to push the league up to the point only the bottom-placed team did not get automatic qualification to Europe. Sadly, outside of my own prompt, only one team got continental silverware, a Conference League in the last season I managed until holidaying.

Actually with how good transportation is around Andorra it wouldn't be surprised if they get Spanish and French fans willing to cross the border to see them. Specially the ones in the French area, there is not really any good team around that area. Its kinda like how Hoffenheim from the Bundesliga has as Stadium that can fit their entire town.

I don't know why you think a team that has spent most of its history as an average to below average 2nd tier team should need a rebuild and to be where they "should" If anything they're back where they belong. Cardiff has spent 3 times as many years in the third tier as the prem since the prem was founded

Try to do that sort of experiment on Nicaragua or Dominican Republic. Andorra and San Marino are the usual beacons of the rubbish football, but they're in Europe and are decent countries, it can help them to at least not be complete ass after some money. The Americas don't have that luck.
