you should trap the top 5 managers as the managers of a top team in a league like the icelandic league or the noreigen league but also make them the national team manager of the same nation. like guardiola as a manager for an icelandic side and iceland national team, klopp for a romanian team and romania national team etc and see over like 30 years how much it effects the countries national rating and results. i think it would be interesting comparing teams in the same save competing against each other and also seeing if any domestic teams can make it far in the champions leage

I think the only way to see continued growth and progress is either to give them perfect training facilities or gradual every 5 years improvement in that area, thats the only thing I would change about the experiment if you did it again.

Teams In other similar experiments with real coaches, for example when you put Klopp or pep in charge of national league teams, were doing much better (even able to get to the premier league in a shorter time). So I think the hidden tactical stats (Pressing, attacking line etc.) and manager traits (Likes to use U23 players etc.), that determine the play style of the coach have a much bigger influence on the team performance, than than the non hidden base stats. Since you probably didn’t touch them they were on the standard setting which meant that the coaches would play very average tactics which is probably the reason why the development was so underwhelming.

They probably didn't need to upgrade because the board felt the best coaches where getting the best out of the team with shit facilities. You do another experiment with Kidderminster with best facilities but original coaches and then best facilities and best coaches. That should show which one has the most effect on the team overall.

I wouldn’t of expected perfect coaches to help much in this scenario.. most players are not going to stay and grow with a club this low down, don’t have nor can hold onto high potential player, and facilities are terrible. Also they probably did touch the facilities but facilities have to be invested in just to stay the same compared to other clubs.
