I think there's actually already videos on that. There's a bug where the game can load without water, so it's not too hard to reproduce with mods.

Ahh I'll have take a look...My personal favorite bug is when not only does the water disappear, but also, the collision on the floor of the Cyclops does too, and you fall 500m to your death.

I have my dll hooked up with Harmony to override the game's functions, so you'll need to do that first. UnityExplorer also uses Harmony but the syntax is slightly different for overriding methods.
