it's not scripted you actually got some insane luck with the russian roulette dude like you can straight up lose half of your party members there once I spent like 1 hour just reloading my save to just get a good rng 03:40 if i remember right you can get that "battery" guy if you play russian roulette 10 times he is one of the best party members as I can remember off
