Guys these channels wont tell you about the real life scenario: 1. HR roles are very risky, these roles are liability for the company and they are fired when market is down. 2. Switching options are very less for HR roles. 3. In future HR roles are going to decrease due to various technologies which are reducing workforce 4. One sad truth is that their is diversity quota, due to which companies hire candidates based on Gender. Its not only hardwork, its also luck which matters. Risk to reward ratio is very less in such colleges.Just top 20 B-schools should be your target, nothing else.

Sir is there any need of preparation at level of CET or CAT to crack IBSAT???? I don't think so. To get admission in IBS is the most easy. She said at starting that she prepared for CET or CAT and cracked IBSAT. There is no need of preparation for IBSAT . I gave IBSAT in 2021 with only and only my basic knowledge of class 10 th and got all the campuses of IBS except Hyderabad.
