I don't have insomnia but I listen to Lighthouse Horror when I go to bed too. I have another channel called Get Sleepy with regular bedtime stories (not horror but a few are spooky) But there's nothing like Lighthouse. I even have a bedtime playlist with my favs on it. ✨😌🌜👀

All these comments about having trouble sleeping explain exactly why people have that problem. I used to have the same problem and after taking psychology in freshman year of college I learned to turn off all radios and devices when going to bed and not watch tv or read in bed. By doing that you train your body to associate going to bed with sleeping. Yet I’m still a big lighthouse fan, sometimes going through 4 shorter stories or 2 longer ones in a weekend. I listen to them on my tv and sometimes even listen to them on my phone on my breaks at work. I’m sure everyone thinks I’m crazy listening to creepy stories every break but oh well, they’re the ones missing out
