Let’s not forget that at 450 million dollars (double that of the Airbus A380) no one is going to be in a rush to get these options.. and if they do.. it’s more money they have to pay.. which also means that they have to increase ticket prices to make up for that! @chaoszombie9995 The a380 was $445 million list price which would be $675 million nowadays counting inflation. The 777x is nowhere near double the price of the a380. The 747 was $403 million which would be $610 million nowadays, the 777x is much cheaper than both of them.

Despite the issues with the 737 max-9 and general popular scepticism of the 737 max in general, the 777 has been an absolute rock in aviation. This looks like just what is needed on one of the safest, steadiest and under appreciated (in the public's eye) aeroplanes the world has ever seen.
