I won't take a C919 personally in the coming years, but the real threat is there to west competitors. You guys have confused with those CHINESE companies. If it is a state owned compay like COMAC, I am sure it has a long way to go. If it is a private company like Huawei, DJI, then AirBus and Boeing will be shaken very soon. The truth is that the Chinese gov never realize they won't beat the west with their state own companies, and they are always reluctant to benefit from their private. So the conclusion: they can beat the west, they just don't know how to.
