Hawaiian Airlines should stuck with Airbus because the A330neo is typically configured with 1-2-1 and 2-4-2 layouts in Business and Economy Classes, respectively.

Have you ever heard of a news from Airbus that the Airbus A330neo is getting a performance improvements called "Step 4" package and a Electro-dimmable Window option between doors 1 and 2?

Do you know that the 3-3-3 layout in Economy Class has middle seats on each side in addition to the center?

Do you know that the Airbus A330-800 has a range longer than its longer counterpart, the A330-900 and its American rival, both the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, and similar to its larger counterpart, the A350-900 XWB?

Do you know the Airbus A330neo has a commonality with its smaller counterpart, the Airbus A320neo Family and its larger counterpart, the Airbus A350 XWB? If any airline replace its Airbus A330-200 and -300 with Boeing 787 Dreamliners, pilots and crew members of the former two will need additional training to switch to the latter!

If any airline replaces its A330-200s or -300s with Boeing 787 Dreamliners or even the Airbus A350-900 XWBs, its cabin will be cramped because of the 3-3-3 layout in the Economy Class cabin of the latter two as opposed to the 2-4-2 layout on the A330neo!

Flew the Airbus out of there many times. We had a few different procedures but nothing extravagant. I loved flying in and out of there.

Embraer should increase the range of E2 by another 1000 miles. Also they need to work with US airlines to make them change rules to accommodate buying planes from Embraer that have up to 150 seats.

But will the door stay in place during flight? I am also 6.2 will my legs fit between the seats ? I feel that what airlines and reviewers find impressive about planes, doesn’t necessarily reflect on what passengers would like.

I think I'd rather fly on a BA A380 than on any United plane with a DEI crew.

this seems to ignore the infrastructure (airfields) required for any dreamscape of India being a significant commercial aviation player . . . Delhi has one airport with two runways and a miserable air quality . . Mumbai isn't much better . . and those are the two top airfields

Concorde wasn't just about luxury or entertainment, its main objective was about flying from Europe to the USA and arriving at a time zone change meaning the time was earlier arriving in New York than when it left London or Paris. Full day of business meetings was the selling point, not luxurious tourism travel.

I dislike the narrow body jet taking on these larger roles. In the past I flew to Iceland several times on Icelandair's 757 and 767 aircraft. Recently I flew on a 737 MAX 8. It was much less comfortable. The cabin felt a lot more cramped than the 757. I've also done the 4-hr Seattle to Toronto on a CRJ. There are limitations, especially around the rest rooms, that can creep up. The A320 family does a certain job well. Being on one for 10 hours sounds horrible. But I also feel like a cross US flight on either a 320 or 737 airplane is too long.

I trust Airbus a lot more because I know in Europe they care a lot more of safety regulations and are held to a way higher standard. Even travel is a lot better in Europe through airlines with their regulations for the individual.

They should stop working on the 737 max at this point and update the 757

All airlines are getting rid of the A380 (except UAE). They are constantly in maintenance due to being so poorly and cheaply built (ie only 2 reverse thrusters, cheap brake pads, etc).

I dont think the XLR is that much of a Game Changer most think. I don't think it will sell much more than the 757, maybe 1.5 times of it. Also it will change the market only very little. There is not a lot what the XLR can do what the 757 couldn't, even in the 80s already. We will see a few additional new routes out of range for the 757, but 90% of the stuff will be the same. Of course the XLR is much newer and burns around 25-30% less fuel, but it also costs a hell lot to purchase, or to lease. Also Oil is more expensive than a few decades ago. Plus even with lower cost Airlines still want to maximize profit with the available seats, so many long routes to secondary places will have a hard time anyway.

On top of the production queue being full, another bigger problem is that cabin width. Beyond the 9 seats layout, some companies will not want their first class layout in this. AirFrance for example cannot fit the 777's La Première inside the 350 and this is why they aren't yet fitting the 350s with that class. Now I don't know if they are designing a new one but the 777 has an advantage on this, considering first class is a huge money maker
