She had done that deal several times in the past and trusted the bank to not read the contract The deal that she took this time was investing were she could lose money, the woman who scammed it to her also tried to make sure that the family didn´t notice, she began telling stories about how the family steal the money from the grandparents and how many times she had seen it and how she recomended that only my granma controlled the account so only her could see it. The bank knew that she had done something because they transferred her to another bank. Now my granma from time to time goes to the bank to yell at them about how much they stole from her, my parents want her to stop but i encourage it, she needs somewhere to let go steam

Where I'm from it's pretty unlikely that you'd get tricked into signing anything horrible. And even if, you're not obligated to pay them because they're supposed to work within the legal boundary. Might you get a "worse" deal, sure. Should you be aware of your options and what you're signing, sure. But it's extremely hard to get scammed going in for a loan.
