Glad you and yours are ok! And a huge congrats for your new single!!! You mentioned the shame you initially felt after getting Covid. I think a lot of people who’ve been taking precautions have felt that way. But something that helps me is that omicron is EIGHTEEN times more infectious than the original virus. No one is ever at fault for catching a virus whose whole existence is based upon spreading! The music video is awesome! The cinematography and music flow together very nicely.

Sorry about the divorce (and the covid). But, when I watched your video about your finances....income and expenses.....it sort of popped up like an elephant in the living room..............zero mention of any household income from a spouse. Certainly hope you feel 100% asap. Best wishes and all the usual cliches/platitudes. Keith in Texas. P.S.: just finished watching your video,--Persephone. Loved it. Loved your voice and the settings. Minor key? I'm a sucker for songs in a minor key......so many are the ones I want to (and often do) learn to play. Recently finished Nothing Else Matters.....Em, Am, Dm...............as Freddy Mercury would say, "it really doesn't matter to me".

WOW! You got the Rona, that must have sucked! Happy to hear you've recovered and feeling better, it's amazing that your child did not get it! I watched your video "Persephone" and it was fabulous, I showed it to my wife and she loved it too. I especially loved the way you double tracked your vocals, it was beautiful. Can't wait for the CD, take care! See ya.

I got the Rona, hahaha. I'm almost certain my child had an asymptomatic case and gave it to me in the first place. Thanks for the comments on Persephone too by the way, I appreciate it. :)

Your description of Omicron is more informative than anything I've read or heard. Thank you. Good luck with school. Congratulations on your video!

Did you know that the inventor of the PCR test said that the PCR cannot be used to determine if someone is sick?

I just got over Covid; it was pretty brutal. I had the ability to quarantine and didn't spread it to anyone else in my house, thankfully. Hope you feel better soon!

Just in case anyone is curious about it, I had two vaccines and was booked for the booster shot on the 17th of January. I had to cancel the appointment for the booster, my doctor said to delay it until at least 22 days after I am symptom free. From what I have read, getting sick with Covid gives you a similar immunity to getting the booster shot and you can probably schedule any future booster for about 2-3 months after getting sick. I was completely floored...just entirely exhausted. I had a bad headache. My entire body was achy. My temperature is regularly kind of low, so by my body's standard, I had a low grade fever the entire time. My lungs also felt weird...almost rattling...but not quite...and I felt as though I was not able to take in a full breath, also. I had an incredibly sore throat and I was coughing a lot - I must have gone through about 100 cough drops. I lost both my sense of taste and smell; taste has returned a little but smell is still pretty much non-existent at the moment. I was out of commission for a full two weeks. I am so glad I had the opportunity to be vaccinated, this was the worst virus I have ever experienced and who knows how bad it would have been without it.

@@compassionandhumility Hey thanks for sharing this, very similar to my situation. I was booked for a booster next week as well and I'll definitely have to reschedule it. I think I had a fever for 2+ days straight without it really breaking (sometimes it would just be a little higher, but not normal), and the exhaustion was real. Crazy that you ended up losing smell/taste, that must be bizarre. Sounds like you're on the upswing, so that's great. I feel exactly the same way about getting infected after having the vaccine, and being lucky enough to not catch it in 2020.

@@AllysiaMarie I am feeling much better, thank you. The no smell/taste thing is really odd; I have never had this happen before. One interesting side effect of this is that I am hyper-focused on the textures of food at the moment; I was always a "certain-textures-bother-me" person, but this has definitely heightened that. I am just now beginning to taste a little of the salt in foods again, but not too much else. I want to be able to taste milk chocolate again; at the moment it just tastes a lot like powdered cocoa, which just isn't the same thing. lol ; ; I also forgot to mention that I lost about 10-15lbs because of all this; I definitely had the weight to spare, so it wasn't a major concern and I have stopped losing now that I am feeling a bit better. And yeah, I'm definitely feeling pretty lucky at the moment. I wish you and everyone else who is sick or gets sick during this wave a speedy recovery. Take care of yourselves and each other.

@@compassionandhumility I've had covid as well about a month or 2 ago. I'm double vaccinated and did lose my sense of taste and smell so I know how much it sucks. I got most of it back (about 80%) after around 2 weeks. Salt was the first thing i was able to taste as well.

@@rubencleppe9647 Oh! It's interesting that salty tastes also came back first for you. I'm at just about 2 weeks from the day I rapid tested positive(twice) as of today. I'm glad you seem to be recovering well. Hopefully there won't be too many long lasting/long term effects for anyone with this strain.

How long after you got the C0v!d injections did you get sick? And could the injections be the cause of the symptoms?
