I grew up in the ghetto and I’ve seen your types of adventures before my eyes all the time. It taught me not to stare, not to gossip about others, and basically, stay in my own lane. I never got into that kind of trouble, but still today, at 34, i keep to myself. Glad you’re okay and sorry that you had to go through such rough times.❤️

I don't know if you'll see this, but if you do.. I want you to know that I have never even been close to having an eating disorder, but I have dealt with drug addiction since I was 14 (I'm 30 now and no heroin, only pills mostly for a few years besides a brief couple-month-ONLY, thankfully (it could have been much longer) heroin relapse recenty). I will never know eating disorders, but I do know that I can imagine how it is by understanding my own drug addiction. There are some of us out there that truly can empathize in similar ways, and there are those of us that truly TRY to. I have spent many hours of my life.. Probably adding up to weeks all together, if not months, trying my best to understand and empathize with eating disorders or other types of struggles I have not actually been through by contrasting and comparing them to my own. People care and people try their best to understand, I promise. I love you, internet stranger, and I am rooting for you and have you in my thoughts. Keep your head up and keep fighting.

actually, eating disorders and self harm is an addiction too. i’ve been addicted to drugs, eating disorders and self harm, and the eating disorder was actually harder to stop. they are all dangerous, life threatening addictions; so if ur struggling with either one of those addictions pls reach out for help

You have a really cool bedroom backdrop! Yeah, they're probably doing a final leaf clean up in Chicago if there's no snow on the ground yet. Unusual as most of my 40 years in Chicago there's snow by now. Lots of snow a little north here in Wisconsin if and when you guys want to visit. Another riveting story. Thank God your alive after all you've been through Jess and now you're living your best life clean & sober with the past being the past as lessons learned and grown from. I hate the fact that anybody bullies you about anything. You're beautiful and you're perfect just the way that you are. I love your teeth. My dad is a dentist and I have this one tooth that grew in sideways and I could have had it fixed a million times I also had a gap that I had fixed which now I regret anyways I digress... I just kept putting off getting this snaggletooth taken care of and then I met a guy that loved it and he would call me "Snagly" and since that day I've embraced it.

I am SO amazed at how good of a story teller you are, you are definitely very talented. My heart breaks for you hearing these stories. I was off the chain as well when years ago and I am so glad I had scared straight moment only 30 days in jail but that changed me forever. I commend you for everything you’ve accomplished and I’m so proud of you! The story of the birth of your daughter had me in full blown tears, I was so upset watching it. My heart goes out to u HOW could any human treat you like that!!!? It makes me sick and makes me want to vomit. Girl. I'm 32 now but as a teenager, we had windows that were the length of the wall so when I snuck out..I literally would just walk out the window lol I snuck out ALOT. And snuck people into my room. I was a horrible teen..I have 3 kids 2 girls who are 13 and 6 and a 4 month old boy and I am hoping they don't give me payback lol

Im an older guy and I try not judge and don't get me wrong but my experience was an ex wife got caught up in the drug culture, she very quickly got addicted to meth and it destroyed our marriage, my last straw was when she started staying at her dealers and. She lost her job and started leaving he son with me, our divorce was the most painful thing I've gone through because I loved her very much still eats me up inside. My thoughts were, Why can't she just stop? Since then, I've struggled with an addiction myself and realized ok I get it now. I love your videos and I've been binge watching. I'm so glad you were able to get out of this life but please keep doing what you're doing you may inspire someone like my ex wife I still miss her but meth destroyed her whole life and now she is in prison for a gun charge. Like I said please keep up the vids, someone in that life may realize that there is a way out.

This took me back to when I got jumped. Im a mom of 2 & was around 27 years old. I went to a mountain party with my sister who was 18 so I was surrounded by her friends (not mine) I made the mistake of drinking too much & punching someone who was stopping me from driving....apparently she was 6 weeks pregnant so her friends jumped my ass. They knocked me out 3 different times & the guys held my sister & her best friend back while it happened. I remember coming to, face down in a mud puddle & when I lifted my head I saw one of them running to me & her boots coming straight for my head. Finally one of the guys grabbed my and drug me off & told me to leave or get killed. I was so drunk but I went to my car started & realized they covered my windshield with mud I mean thick with mud!! Again I was in the mountains with no way to rinse it off so I stuck my head out the window (im told) & somehow made it home, I dont remember much aside from coming to in the puddle, the boots being put to my head, being rescued by that guy, & all the mud on my windsheild. Oh and when I got home I realized my shirt was ripped basically off of me barely hanging on by a threat, my bra had been tore off, my shoes were gone & I had knots all over my head & bruises and scrapes all over my body. I tried to hide it from my husband but he ran his hand up the back of my shirt a night or 2 later & felt the scabs & was like WTF?? I Here I am a mom of 2 & a wife going to mountain parties with youngsters 🤦‍♀️ I was in the beginings of my addiction back then & alcohol was was a big one at that time. Im proud to say I have 4 years clean/sober today and am now 40. Some of us are slow learners but I never gave up.

I’m a recent subscriber but I already love all your videos. I been with my hubby for over 12 years and also dealing with his addiction for all this years. He can stop for months but then he gets back at to it for couple of days. Then stops and tells his stupid and won’t do it again. He says he will stop but end up in the same thing all over again. I tried everything to help him. There’s been so many times we’re i don’t know what do. I even try to end my own because I thought it was the easiest way to stop my pain. God gave me a second chance and I’m so thankful he did. I love him very much but I’m also tire of this situation. You’re probably thinking, why don’t just leave him? I tried but I can’t. His an amazing father,son,brother just an amazing person. But unfortunately the drug takes over him and everything else. I hope you can give me an advice. Thank you and keep doing what you’re doing.
