So I’ll say this. If you were fired you were supposed to be for a reason you may not understand yet(It’s spiritual). Your life is probably about to have some major shift and right now you really might be asking yourself why? Why is this happening? And I don’t have that answer but I will say your purpose is bigger than that job and deep down you know it. Keep a positive mindset, go with the flow and you got it. Had enough one day after two doctors ticked me off and I sent Starr’s been pushed out anyway, so I just simply put in my papers and retired. Received all monies due me, which includes monthly pension, sick, vacation, comp time, extended illness,and DROP money. Even called out the last two weeks, never looked back . Moral of the story: Never GET COMFORTABLE with these jobs!! I don't care how good the pay and benefits at these corporations or government jobs NEVER GET COMFORTABLE PLAN YO EXIT FROM DAY ONE. Always have something else going on on the side. Keep resume updated and out there, keep side business. Only use job to help Launch business or pay bills . Many of these companies are DOING WELL but still laying off people. Why? To have more money to give to investors and to rehire less experienced workers for less pay. The longer you work at a spot the more dander you are in. Also add AI to it and foreign H1 B visas for FOREIGN WORKERS. ITS ONLY GOING TO GET WORSE. SO PREPARE. LIVE BENEATH means have savings and side hustle. Save YOURSELF.

Always have an exit plan whether it is voluntarily or involuntarily. i was force to leave after 12 years with my last company. They kept hinting that I was hitting the top tier wage. The last straw was when they threatened to terminate me, when I refused to get the Jab, because i was a remote worker. Thankfully, I was planning on retiring anyway.

Bro, I am an HR Manager. I have been laid off and I have been the hatchet man. No company/business cares about you. Your relationship is purely transactional. You show up to work and give then 8 hours. They give you a paycheck. Here's another news flash. HR works for the company not for you.

@KP-hi1om13 күн бұрын
@robertswift6101 Unions are great at negotiating benefits and pay raises. They cannot protect you if you break a work rule. I work in a unionized environment and still fire people for breaking work rules. The golden rule is that people have to be treated the same. If I like employee A and dislike employee B they both get the same punishment for breaking the same rules. Plus unions have been weakened since everyone doesn't have to pay fair share anymore.

Why are you people surprised of this? Remember you are replaceable. This is why I tell people even a mile on channels to have multiple incomes. But I love you people get very comfortable. I have a good money. I'm in a good job. I've been in a 10 years that I mean, nothing. The days of staying in your job for 30 to 40 years is over. My friend always look for other incomes. Start your own business build value. As some kind, those days are the same in one place. Don't work. These companies are not loyal to no one anymore. I am not loyal to them either. You should not be loyal to them either. This is no surprise to me that they got rid of you. You should have built value. My friend. You should start the business, but you got too comfortable. That's the problem too many UP block comfortable.
