I know that area in Chatujak District opposite Central Ladprow mall. It's a very convenient location where you have both the green and blue line in front of the condo. The biggest weekend market is just one station away. And 3 big parks are just 300 meters. It's not an expats area but it is very good close and convenient to everything. Good choice.
