I know it’s illegal to leave your car idling for more than 5 minutes (at least in my state i dont know if it’s everywhere). I know a wonderful Filipino woman who does not remove ANY hair. Has a little mustache and wears bright pink lipstick. Unibrow and highlighted brow bones. Shorts and leg hair. She’s very feminine. There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s culturally normal for her. So I noticed it the first time I saw it but it quickly became a nonissue for me.

I love this video so much. I was raised by parents that wanted me to feel confident about having hair on my body. Sometimes it’s hard to do things like wear shorts because even if I’m happy and okay with having hair on my legs, I worry about what society has to say. In the end, it always comes to if you want to shave your legs then do it cause you want to. Not for the reasons you that you have to. I think there is nothing wrong with shaving your legs and choosing not to. Just do you.

Soo I ended getting my pedicure without saving or waxing my legs. Omg then I remember watching this video I had to write about my experience. Honestly, no one cares that you go to get a pedicure with hairy legs. It helped with my self consciousness and made me learn its ok. We have moments and we forget to shave or too busy. Just embrace yourself.
