I think shower thoughts might be counterintuitive. We ignore this fact, but in reality the shower is pretty dangerous. Soaped up, slippery wet porcelain is a great place to slip and bonk your head. Because of this, we pay better attention to what we're doing with our bodies instead of just going autopilot and that "inside your body, outside your feelings" vibe lets you meditate on stuff.
