I GOT OVER THE FEAR AND RODE A BIG GAP JUMP!

We are on a trip down in Cornwall and we are visiting Old Hill Bikepark which offers so many MTB trails. However, there was one section that caught my eye in particular which was an area where there was some wooden kickers and gap jumps. My confidence with wooden kickers hasn't been very good recently so I decided that it was about time it changed. I began with the smaller line and eventually worked my way up to the gap line!

When you twist your bars mid air a little bit it will make you more safe while jumping. I did it also and it helped a lot

I've recently begun progressing in jumping and it's Scary going into these ramps at the required speed! I feel like I'm about to take off like i have E.T. in my bar basket, but when i let go its all OK

i wish we could share pics on here lol. A table top is so much easier than a gap jump cos there is a flat between the lift and landing. A gap jump has the gap between so you have to imagine a gap between that table. Jus try lifting a bit when you hit the lip to get some extra air. Not to bad tho.still ahead of me on gaps 👌
